- All pitch prices allow for awning with or without breathable groundsheet (groundsheets must be lifter intermittently to preserve grass)
- Pitch prices allow for one car, additional vehicles charged at £1 per night and must be parked in visitors parking area
- Arrival time on site is 12.30pm, pitches to be vacated by 11am
- Specific pitches may be requested but cannot be guaranteed
- For bookings, please complete booking form
- A non-refundable deposit of £20 per week will secure your booking, with the balance due 28 days prior to stay
- We recommend an insurance policy to cover any cancellations
- Departure time is 11am, check in time is 12.30, due to the narrow road access no waiting area is available prior to this
- Well behaved dogs welcome but must be kept on leads / post at all times
- General household daily rubbish only to be disposed of in black bags in the large commercial bins (large items not accepted as commercial refuse collectors will not remove
- No extra fencing permitted around pitches – as restricts gardening activity

Specific vans may be requested but cannot be guaranteed
All bedding is supplied, towels can be provided on request, enquire for cost
One well behaved small dog is permitted in one of our two-bedroom vans however, is not permitted on the furniture and MUST be kept on the lead always. No dogs permitted unless agreed prior to arrivals
One car permitted to be parked in allocated space extra vehicles / visitors must park in the designated visitor’s car park
