TERMS & CONDITIONS
For Holiday Homes Payment
- Cash or cheque with bankers card. Cheques should be made to Mr B P Monahan and sent to:

- All major credit / debit cards
- 20% deposit will be required per booking
- The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Any cheque returned from the bank will incur a £10.00 charge to cover any banking fees
- A £100 damage deposit will be required on arrival which will be returned when due to depart if all is clean & satisfactory with no breakages
- The signatory is responsible for any damage incurred in homes
Cancellations
- No deposit is refundable
- No refund is made for any holiday cancelled for any reason whatsoever
- We strongly recommend that you take out your own insurance to cover cancellations that may arise
- All dates booked must be paid for
To place a booking
- Please ring for availability in the first instance
- Then download a booking form( or one will be sent to you if you wish)
- We will then send you a confirmation form of which you need to send back 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Holidays booked within 6 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking
- It is your responsibility to check all your details are correct on the confirmation form
- If there are any errors found please notify us immediately
- Treamble will not accept any responsibility for any errors not notified to us prior to your arrival
Conditions
- Family and Couples only
- No smoking
- No pets
- All damages of equipment or the home must be reported to Tina or Brian and may incur a cost
- You must vacate the homes before 10.30 am on the morning of departure
- New arrivals can enter after 3.00pm on the day of arrival
- All prices are inclusive of gas & electricity, bed linen etc.
- Please bring own towels and tea towels
